    True solid shell Sugar Maple Canadian  Laque  35% ,13'' x 10'' x Batter Side x 1 '' thick  Snare Side x 1/2'' thick,  no seam, no ply, no glue. Carved directly from the log. And reversible !!!
    The  throw-off is mounted on the bottom rim to reduce as much as possible the hardware fixed to the shell. This way you can also easily change your bottom head without changing your throw-off adjustments. (See last picture)
